These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RAN BIOLINKS CANADA LTD ("RAN BIOLINKS"), the developers of MAESTRO, regarding your use of our platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

MAESTRO offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details of available plans are provided on our website or through direct communication.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Payments are due in advance and may be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.
All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Changes to your subscription will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, unless otherwise specified.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing cycle.
The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, and code, are owned by RAN BIOLINKS CANADA LTD or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, RAN BIOLINKS CANADA LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant RAN BIOLINKS CANADA LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We comply with all applicable Canadian data protection laws and regulations.
You agree that RAN BIOLINKS CANADA LTD may process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
RAN BIOLINKS CANADA LTD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RAN BIOLINKS CANADA LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
RAN BIOLINKS CANADA LTD'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO RAN BIOLINKS CANADA LTD DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RAN BIOLINKS CANADA LTD and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services.
RAN BIOLINKS CANADA LTD may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms, without notice or liability.
Upon termination of your access to the Services, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
RAN BIOLINKS CANADA LTD reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. While we operate primarily under Canadian legislation, we ensure our services can be used globally in compliance with local regulations where applicable.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association, to be conducted in Toronto, Ontario.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RAN BIOLINKS CANADA LTD regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms, in whole or in part, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in whole or in part at any time without your consent.
