These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MAESTRO regarding your use of our platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.
"MAESTRO," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the company operating the MAESTRO platform.
"You" or "your" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using the Services.
"Content" refers to any information, text, graphics, photos, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Services.
"User" refers to any individual who has registered for an account with MAESTRO.
To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. If you are accessing or using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

MAESTRO offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details of available plans are provided on our website or through direct communication.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Payments are due in advance and may be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.
All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Changes to your subscription will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, unless otherwise specified.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing cycle.
The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, and code, are owned by MAESTRO or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MAESTRO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant MAESTRO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You agree that MAESTRO may process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the Services. This obligation shall not apply to information that is publicly available or rightfully obtained from third parties.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
MAESTRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MAESTRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
MAESTRO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO MAESTRO DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MAESTRO and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services.
MAESTRO may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms, without notice or liability.
Upon termination of your access to the Services, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
MAESTRO reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association, to be conducted in Toronto, Ontario.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MAESTRO regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms, in whole or in part, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in whole or in part at any time without your consent.
